Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can add an image to a space within a site, such as an auditorium, classroom, or computer lab. This lets users see a layout or picture of the space before requesting. You can add an image when adding a new space, or edit a space to include one.
To add an image to an existing space:
Select Locations > Manage Spaces. The Manage Spaces page appears.
Next to the space you want, click . A pop-up appears.
Under Public Display, do the following:
• To upload images, under Public Display, do the following:a. Click Chose Files.
b. Select the image(s) you want.
Note: To select multiple images, press and hold the Control or Apple key while clicking the images files. c. Click Open.
• To Include in Gallery View, select the checkbox.- Click Save.
