Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can bulk update additionally notified users by site.
To mass update additionally notified:
Select Locations > Manage Sites. The Manage Sites page appears.
Select Actions > Update Additionally Notify Users. A pop-up appears.
Complete the following fields:
Field Description Site(s) Select the site(s). Space Type(s) Select the desired space type(s). Space(s) Select the desired space(s). Action to Take Select one of the following:
- To keep existing users and add new users, select Add user(s) without overriding existing users.
- To remove all existing users and replace with new users, select Override existing users.
- To keep existing users unless they are select, select Remove user(s) without overriding existing users.
User(s) Select the desired users. - Click Save.
