Athletic Director Role

The Athletic Director role gives the staff member access to the Manage Athletics section that allows Athletic Directors (ADs) and any other selected personnel to submit multiple practice and game requests all on one page.

1.  Select Requests > Manage Athletics. 

The Manage Athletics page will be displayed. 

This provides ADs with ease of access and saves time when entering a district’s athletic events.

The Athletic Director user role also gives the staff member access to:

1. Available Reports
2. Submitting a Facility Use Request
