Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can manage Schedules integration settings. You can integrate various payment apps and Google Single Sign-On, amongst other settings. These are district-wide settings.
Note: When an integration is deleted, all events created by that integration are also deleted.
To manage integration settings:
- Select Admin > Settings.
Click Integration Settings. The Integration Settings page appears.
Copy and paste the required information from your payment app:
• PayPal: Enter your district PayPal email and client ID.
• Vanco: Enter your Vanco RevTrak PCCT code.
• School Pay: Enter your School Pay unique code.
• School Bucks: Enter your SchoolBucks Client ID, Sotre ID, payment method ID, and department ID.
• Stripe: Enter your Stripe API key.Do any of the following:
Setting Description Allow Sign in Via Google To show the Log in with Google button, select Yes. Bring Pending Events over to Google To import pending events, select Yes.
To prevent the import of pending events, select No.Group to Create External Events Select a group to log all external events. A District Admin user must be a manager of the group.
Note: Consider creating a group specifically for this purpose.
Receive External Event Double Booked Emails Enter user(s) to receive an email if an approved external event is double-booked. If you do not want to send an email, leave this blank.
Note: This includes any the Facilities Schedules calendar integrations.
Default Duration (In Minutes) for External Events Enter a default time for events.
Note: This only applies to events when an end time is not logged.
Default Setup Minutes for External Events Enter a duration for setup time. Default Breakdown Minutes for External Events Enter a duration for breakdown time. Link External Events to the following Event Type(s) Enter an event type to associate with external requests.
Notes:
- This is applied to every request and can be removed manually, if desired.
- Consider creating an event type specifically for this purpose.
Default Space for Away Games Select a space that you would like to correspond with away events.
Note: Consider creating a space specifically for this purpose. The event information will populate the Event Title from calendar integrations. Notify via Email if Pending Event has Double Booked Conflict(s) Send user(s) an email if a pending event will be double-booked, if approved. - Click Save Integration Settings.
- If using an iCalendar, to manually sync, click Pull iCal Events.
To view the change history of integration settings:
- Select Admin > Settings.
- Click Integration Settings.
- At the top-right, click Change History.
The log shows all changes and who made them.
