Users with the Enhanced Reports user permission can see the Summary dashboard. It gives an at-a-glance view of many data points of your choice. From any of the bar, column, pie, and line charts, you can drill down to get the information you need.
To view the Summary Dashboard:
Select Reports > Summary Dashboard. The report opens in a new tab.

To filter your results:
You can show a subset of data by clicking a section of either a pie chart or graph. All information within the report adjusts accordingly.
You can also use the filters at the top-left of the page.
Click Filter. The Report Filtering pop-up appears.
- To set the month and year, do the following:
Enter the desired start and end months:
Note: The date filter defaults to last month. Data is available the past 15 months. - Click
, and select the desired month and year, or Today.
- Click OK.
- Click the filter(s) you want, and then select from the drop-down.
The filter results appear in all the charts and graphs.
When a filter is applied, you will see a Clear Filters button.
To show the list on the View All Requests page, click View Filtered List.
