Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can use the custom report builder. Create reports with custom criteria, and send them to a subset of users at a set frequency.
You can add, edit, view, delete, or schedule a custom report, as well as customize your view of this page.
To create a new custom report:

Select Reports > Custom Reports. The Manage Reports page appears.

Click Add Report. The Report Builder appears.

Do any of the following:
Note: All custom fields for requests are available as selectable columns in reports. - Use the drop-down to Select a Type.
- Enter a unique Report Name.
- Select a File Format: Excel or PDF.
- From the Date Range By drop-down, select one of the following:
- Submitted for when the requestor entered the event.
- Start Date for when the event occurs.
- From the Date Range drop-down, select from the following:
- Last: Then enter the number of previous days you want to show.
- Next: Then enter the number of days in the future you want to show.
- Custom: Then enter a start and end date.
- Under Custom Columns to Display, do any of the following:
- To select or deselect columns, click the column name, then click

- To change the order of selected columns, click the column name, then click

- To select or deselect columns, click the column name, then click
- Use the drop-downs to select the following:
- Site
- Space
- Location Type
- Space Type
- Classification
- Group
- Status
- Event Type
- To sort your report, do the following:
- Under Sort Column, select which column you want to sort on.
- Under Sort By, select Ascending or Descending.
- Click Save.
- Click Next.
- To add an additional report filter, do the following:
- Click + Add Custom Filter.
- Use the drop-down to select a field.
- Enter any additional information.
- Click Save.
- Click Save.
| Note: Changes are synced daily, so you will not see them immediately. |
- Select Reports > Custom Reports. The Manage Reports page appears.
- Next to the report you want, click

- Make any desired changes.
- Click Save.
- Select Reports > Custom Reports. The Manage Reports page appears.
- Next to the report you want, click
. The report opens in a new window.
- Select Reports > Custom Reports. The Manage Reports page appears.
- Next to the report you want, click
. A confirmation pop-up appears.
- Click Yes.

- Select Reports > Custom Reports.

. The Schedule Report pop-up appears.
- Select the user(s) you want to receive the report.
- Do one of the following:
- To schedule a recurring report:
- Select the Recurrence checkbox.
- Select Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
- Next to Recur every, select the number of weeks you want between reports.
- Select the day(s) of the week to run the report.
- Select when you want the scheduled report to end:
- No end date.
- End after a set number of occurrences.
- End by selected date.
- To schedule a recurring report:
- To send the report immediately, select the Send Report Now checkbox.
- Click Save.
