Embed an internal calendar – ML Schedules

Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can embed the internal private calendar showing all events, both public and private.

Notes:

Contact your district IT personnel if you need help entering your embed codes with an iframe: <iframe src=”CalendarURL” width="800" height="600" frameborder="0"></iframe>
You would paste the calendar link in place of CalendarURL.
You can let users view in more than one format by including multiple view options with the appropriate view code.

To copy a link for an internal calendar:

Select Admin > Settings > Display Settings. The Display Settings page appears.
Under View Settings, next to Internal Calendar View, copy the link.
To show both private and public events, next to Allow All Events on the Internal Calendar View, select Yes.
Paste the URL in your district calendar using an iframe.
