New Fields Available on the Summary and Detail Reports

Additional fields have been added as potential new columns in the Summary and Detail Reports. The new fields included are:

  • Schedule ID
  • Recurring ID
  • Budget code
  • Group Insurance Expiration Date
  • Fields (Any fields that they have on their request form should be options to be added separately)
  • Space Cost
  • Other Cost
  • Total Cost
  • Event Type

The columns can be added by right-clicking a column and hovering over columns. From there, check off the additional fields you would like to add as columns to the report.

Status Filter on the View All Occurrences page. 

When viewing all of the events, users now have the ability to filter on status.
