When an ML Schedules event is Approved, an email will be sent to the requestor as well as any users setup as an Additionally Notified User for the event (custodial staff, IT staff, secretaries, etc).

This email will contain an option for the user to add the event to their personal calendar. If the Add to Calendar link is selected then it will open up your devices default calendar and allow you to save the event to the calendar.

Events that show on the District's public calendar will also have an Add to Calendar button within the event details. You can access this page by selecting the event on the calendar. This will allow users to add the event to their personal calendar as well.
