Users are able to sync the athletic events from ArbiterSports over to ML Schedules. Please follow the steps below to complete this process.
- Make sure that the space names in ArbiterSports match the space names inside of ML Schedules™
- Create an iCal link inside of ArbiterSports by following the steps here - https://arbitersportshelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/19923868714893-Subscribing-to-iCal-Feed-Schools
- Once you have the iCal created, reach out to your onboarding specialist so that they can get this pasted into the integrations section of ML Schedules™
- At this point, Arbiter events should be pulling into ML Schedules
- If they're not:
- 3 conditions must be met in order to ensure ArbiterSports events are pulling through successfully
- Every existing & future Arbiter event must be linked to an actual facility within Arbiter. This is how MLS knows where the event is located.
- This facility must also exist inside of ML Schedules
- Every existing & future Arbiter event must be linked to an actual facility within Arbiter. This is how MLS knows where the event is located.
- The names of the facilities within ML Schedules & ArbiterSports MUST match. In other words, the names must be the exact same. (e.g. "HS Gym" in Arbiter must read "HS Gym" in ML Schedules)
- Every event must have a "From" or "Start" time listed
- 3 conditions must be met in order to ensure ArbiterSports events are pulling through successfully
If these conditions are met, and the events still won't pull over into MLS, contact your Onboarding Coordinator.
