ML Schedules allows admins within the district to send contracts to users within the program regarding their reservation. This article is going to review the two areas in the program where admins can see when the contracts were sent, and see a copy.
Request Details Page
1. Click on the event from the calendar or request grid.
The request details page will be displayed
2. Click on the History Tab, and there will be a contract history section.
The Contract History will display when the contract was sent and by whom.
3. Click on the "View File" button to see a copy of the contract that was sent.
Group "Contract" Tab
1. Click on the blue name of the group you would like to view.
The group's general information will be displayed.
2. Click on the "Contact Tab" at the top
The Contract ID, Date/Time it was sent, Sent user, and Associated requests will be displayed.
If you would like to see a copy of the contract you can click the Magnifying Glass Icon ()
