ML Schedules offers a line item report that can be used to filter specific charges. From there, they're associated with particular buildings within a date range. Users with the "View Financial Reports" permission can access this report.
Running the Report.
1. Go to Reports > Invoice Line Item Report.
The following report will be displayed based on the invoice's date.
2. Apply a date range for the invoice issued date at the top left.
3. Click "View" to update the report based on that date.
Once the date range is applied, the top summary bubbles will automatically update.
4. Click Actions > Print or Export to Excel to see your current view in a PDF or a .XLS File.
Filtering the Report.
1. By selecting the three vertical dots within the header each column can be filtered further.
A menu will be displayed that allows you to filter specific selections within the selected column.
2. Select the checkbox next to each item you would like to filter on and then select the Filter button at the bottom of the menu.
Once the report is filtered, the bubbles at the top of the report will automatically update. In addition to this, your PDF and Excel Export will take this view into account.
If you need to clear the filters you applied, you can click back into the column and click Clear Filter at the bottom. Or you can click "Clear All Filters" at the top-right of the page.
