Users with permission 'View All requests" can select an event from a report or the calendar and view all of the details regarding the event.
This article is going to break down key areas on this screen to locate certain information.
In order to view the request details, you can click the magnifying glass next to a request (), or you can click on the event from the Calendar.
Utilizing the Details Screen
The page is broken up into Tabs based on specific areas of the request.
Event: This tab is going to provide a general breakdown of the event, including the Date, Time, and Location.
Group: The groups tab is going to provide all of the information regarding the group. This will include the group contact information, classification, the requestor, and any additional group managers.
Info: The info tab is going to provide a breakdown of all the questions that were answered from the request form at the time of their submission.
Cost: The Cost tab is going to provide a breakdown of each cost. This will include the space rental fee (space cost) and any additional charges from the request form. This will also include any additional charges manually added to the request.
Notes: The notes tab is going to display any Internal/External notes that have been added to the request. Users can add notes from this specific tab.
Files: The files tab will display any file that was uploaded to the request. In addition, it will display all files uploaded to the group profile. Users can also add files to the request from this tab.
Notifications: The notifications tab will display any user who is set to receive email notifications regarding this event (Additionally Notified)
History: The history tab will display the approval history of the event. In addition to this, you can hit the drop-down on the email history to see all emails that went out regarding the request.
Estimates: The estimates tab will display a history of when the estimate was sent out regarding the event.
