Run A Space-Rate Report

ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software offers a Space Rate Report for District Admin.

To run the Space Rate Report after logging into ML Schedules™ Software:

1. Select Reports > Space Rate Report from the main menu bar.

The Space Rate Report allows you to run a report on all your Spaces and their fees listed by Classification. You can filter this list by Site in order to narrow down your search, and you can also edit your fees from this report.

To edit the fees associated with a Space, click the edit () icon. This is going to open a modal where you can make your edits.

Note: Once the edit is made, the report should automatically save once the modal is closed.
