1. Select the Calendar menu option on the Left Side Navigation Menu.
You can search for an event title by using the search bar at the top of the calendar. In addition to this, you can search for a Request ID, Multiple Request ID, and a Recurring ID as well.
2. Select to select your desired filters.
Available drop-down menus to filter your search results include:
- Site
- Space
- Space Type
- Classification
- Groups
- Status
- Event Types
- All Fields
- Public and Private Events
- All Info & Blocked Dates (now have the ability to hide additional information and blocked dates from the Calendar)
Note: You have the ability to save this view by selecting the Save Filters option. Please click HERE to learn more about calendar filters.
3. Date filters are also available as buttons to further refine your search. There are also different views such as the List View and Timeline view.
The List view will list each event in chronological order.
The Timeline view will show you all spaces for a given date and the timeline of events for that specific day at a per-facility level - You will want to apply a site filter (step 2) to make this easier to digest.
4. There is also an Advanced Calendar Display setting which will allow you to enable a Compact View of the Calendar. These settings can be adjusted by selecting the Button.
"Hide Setup/Breakdown" allows users to choose whether they want to see the setup/breakdown times on the calendar. Checked will hide them, so you will only see the event start and end.
Enabling the Compact Calendar View will show a "+ more" link instead of listing out every event for each day. Selecting the "+ more" link will show you a quick view of all the events for that day.
Note: "Show End Time" and the "Compact View" will automatically be enabled for user accounts. However, this can be reverted based on user preference.
When printing from the calendar to obtain the best results - be sure your left-side menu is collapsed.
Below you will find a video walkthrough on how to use the calendar.
