Manage Requests: Notable Changes

Below is a list of the top 9 notable changes to be aware of on ML Schedules™ new Manage Request page.

1. Enhanced display options.

2.. To see events Pending your approval, select the My Approvals option from the Actions button dropdown

3. To see ALL upcoming events within the district, select the Upcoming Events option from the Action button dropdown.

4.  To see ALL events and clear ALL applied filters, select the Clear All Filters button.

5. To search for events based on a specific column, select the column you would like to display events by.

6. To change the displayed Columns, edit any column (selecting the three vertical dots) and choose the columns you would like displayed.

7. See changes on Approve Requests On Behalf Of A Space Approver Who Is Out Sick Or On Vacation.

8. View Conflicts Icon displays on the main Manage Request screen (only applicable to districts who ALLOW conflicts).

9. See View List of All Conflicts (only applicable to districts who ALLOW conflicts).
