Run A Grid Report

ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software offers an alternate way to view events through a Grid Report. This report is available to all internal district staff with a user role.

To run the Grid Report after logging into ML Schedules™ Software:

1. Select Reports > Grid Report from the main menu bar.

The Grid Report allows you to choose from the following filters to narrow down your results:

• Start Date
• # of days to be shown (1, 3 or 5)
• Site

You will be displayed with a Grid View of events within the desired filters chosen. The Space name will be displayed down the left hand side with blocks of time displayed across the top. 

The blocks of time will show as:

• 7 am – 2:30 pm
• 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm
• 5:30 pm – 7 pm
• 7 pm – 8:30 pm
• 8:30 pm – 10 pm
