Where To View District Calendar As A District User

ML Schedules™ Software makes it easy to run a Calendar report using various filters to quick display only those items of interest.

To view a calendar of your district’s events:

1. Select the Reports > Calendar Report command from the main menu toolbar.

A monthly calendar of approved Requests will be displayed.

2. Select from the filter sets to narrow the displayed results.
