ML Schedules™ My Requests page allows you to view all Facility Requests that you have submitted, both for events that have already occurred and those that are scheduled for the future. This page will also include requests that were submitted on your behalf.
To view your My Requests page while logged into the software as a user:
1. Select View > My Requests on the Left-side toolbar.
Important: When the My Requests screen is initially displayed, it will default to the Upcoming Events (future) mode.
Search for Requests
1. Using the search field provided at the top of the screen and enter either an Event ID or Event Title.
Note: Using this search box will search on all events (past and future).
2. To further search on an individual column select the 3 vertical dots within the column to display a search box.
Sort Requests
1. Select the column header to sort all requests based on that specific column.
Note: The column will be highlighted in dark gray when it is being sorted on.
Group Requests
1. Select the three vertical dots within the column header you want to Group the requests by
2. Select Group Requests
The requests will then be Grouped by the selections within that column.
Filter Requests
1. By selecting the three vertical dots within the header each column can be filtered further.
A menu will be displayed that allows you to filter on specific selections within the selected column.
2. Select the checkbox next to each item you would like to filter on and then select the Filter button at the bottom of the menu.
Adjust Displayed Columns
1. Select the three vertical dots on any column.
2. Check of the column names you would like displayed on this page.
For example, if you wanted to add a paid column to the page you will have this as an additional option.
View Upcoming Requests
1. Select Upcoming Events from the Actions button dropdown to only view future events.
View My Groups Requests
Since my requests previously included your group's requests as well, we updated the logic to only be your requests. So, we added a new view under your groups profile that will allow you to still see your group requests.
1. Click your profile
2. Select the Magnifying Glass icon () next to your group
3. Click the Requests Tab to display all request under your group (including ones that may have been submitted by other managers)
Other page actions
- To print a list of your requests, select Print from the Actions button dropdown.
- To Cancel a pending event, select the Delete Icon Note: If you do not see the option to cancel your event, it is because your event is not within the timeframe allowed by your district to cancel an event.
- To view the details of a specific events or add comments to an event select the Edit Icon
- Clear All Filters
1. Select the Clean All Filters button to view all of your requests (past and present).
