If you suddenly see a red flag icon next to your name in the ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software screen header as shown below, the Insurance Certificate for a Group you manage has expired.
To update your Group’s insurance information:
1. Select your name at the top right, then click profile.
2. Select the edit button () next to the Group with the expired insurance certificate.
3. Upload a new Insurance Certificate and enter the new Expiration Date in the Group Information screen.
4. Select the Save Button.
