ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software allows the ability to set Space pricing as a TBD.
For those occasions where a district doesn’t want to display a cost associated with a specific Space due to pricing variables, Admins can set the cost to “TBD” (To Be Determined), which will be displayed instead of a numeric value.
To use this feature:
1. Select Locations Manage Spaces from the left side bar.
The Manage Spaces screen will be displayed.
2. Select the Edit Icon () next to the space you wish to assign the TBD value.
The Edit Space screen will be displayed.
3. Select the “TBD” checkbox in the Rate Per Hour field.
Note: This will override any Space Costs you have listed.
4. Select the Save button at the bottom of the screen to save the change.
