ML Schedules™ Software allows Admins to block and unblock any district group at anytime.
Example: A community group uses your district’s facilities and damages property or fails to pay their facility use fee. The Block Group feature can be used to prevent that group from submitting future facility use requests to your district.
Procedure
From any ML Schedules™ Software screen while logged in with District Admin credentials:
1. Select Users > Manage Groups from the Left-side toolbar to display the Manage Groups screen.
A list of all district Groups will be displayed with either:
- A red dot () indicating that a Group is currently blocked from submitting requests, or;
- A green dot () indicating the Group is not blocked and can submit requests.
To Block a Group
From the Manage Groups screen:
1. Select the green dot () displayed next to the group to be blocked.
A popup window confirming the group block will be displayed.
2. Select the OK button from the popup window.
Optional: Select the pencil icon () to add a note as to why the group is being blocked in the District Notes field.
To Unblock a Group
From the Manage Groups screen:
1. Click the red dot() next to the group to be unblocked.
A popup window confirming unblocking the group will be displayed.
2 Select the OK button.
Optional: Select the pencil icon () to add a note as to why the group is being unblocked in the District Notes field. This note will be displayed on all requests that are submitted by this group in the future.
