ML Schedules™ Software provides District Admins and Group Classification Managers with the ability to edit Group Information.
To edit Group information
1. Select Users > Manage Groups.
2. Select the edit () icon next to the Group name.
3. Enter the new data in the desired fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Group Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- District Notes
- Upload New Insurance Information
- Upload New Additional Group Files
- Update Classification
- Update Group Managers
- Update Group Contacts
4. Select the Save button.
Note: When editing a group only the Group Name, Group Manager, and Classification will be required in order to save the changes.
