ML Schedules™ Software allows District Admins and Group Classification Managers to send a Welcome Email to a Group Manager or User at any time.
Procedure for Sending a Welcome Email to Group Manager
1. Select Users > Manage Groups from the Left-side toolbar.
The Manage Groups screen will be displayed.
On the Manage Groups page, you will see an envelope icon ().
2. Select the icon to send a Welcome Email to the Group Manager.
Once you select the envelope icon, you will be taken to the Send Welcome Email page.
You have the opportunity to add an additional message/note for the Group Manager.
3. Select the "Send Email" button, and you will get a confirmation on your screen.
Example Welcome Email:
In the email that the Group Manager receives, they will receive a password token.
This will allow them to set their own password for logging in to access their group information.
If a custom message/note was added on the "Send Welcome Email" page, this is where it will appear on their email.
Procedure for Sending Welcome Email to a User
1. Select Users > Manage Users from the Left-side toolbar.
The Manage My Users screen will be displayed.
On the Manage My Users page, you will see an envelope icon ().
2. Select the icon to send a Welcome Email to the User.
Once you select the envelope icon, you will be taken to the Send Welcome Email page.
You have the opportunity to add an additional message/note for the User.
3. Select the "Send Email" button, and you will get a confirmation on your screen.
Example Welcome Email:
In the email that the User receives, they will receive a password token.
This will allow them to set their own password for logging in to access their user information.
If a custom message/note was added on the "Send Welcome Email" page, this is where it will appear on their email.
