Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can create .
You can also create Work Orders requests automatically.
To create a Work Orders request manually:

Select Reports > Detail Report. The Request Details Report page appears.
Note: The report shows all events scheduled in the selected time frame, as well as any additional info, notes, equipment, and personnel needed. - Click the blue Event ID link for the request you want. The request details page appears.
- Select Actions > Create request on Work Orders.

Next to the type of work order you want, select the button.
Note: Options vary by district. - Click Create Work Order. Your work order is created, and a confirmation appears.
To view your work order, do any of the following:
- On the confirmation, click click here.
- On the request details page, click the blue Work Order ID link.
