ML Schedules™ Software allows District Admins and Group Classification Managers to send a Welcome Email to a Group Manager or User at anytime.


Procedure for sending Welcome Email to Group Manager


1. Select Admin > District Settings > Manage Group Classifications from the main toolbar.

 

The Manage Group Classifications screen will be displayed.


On the Manage Group Classifications page, you will see an envelope icon with a smiley face ().


2.  Select the icon to send a Welcome Email to the Group Manager. 




Once you select the smile icon, you will be taken the the Send Welcome Email page. 





You have the opportunity to add an additional message/note for the Group Manager.


3.  Select the "Send Email" button, you will get a confirmation on your screen.



Example Welcome Email:


In the email that the Group Manager receives, they will recive a password token.  


This will allow them to set their own password for logging in to access their group information. 



If a custom message/note was added on the "Send Welcome Email" page, this is where it will appear on their email.





Procedure for sending Welcome Email to a User


1. Select Admin > District Settings > Manage Users from the main toolbar.

 

The Manage My Users screen will be displayed.



On the Manage My Users page, you will see an envelope icon with a smiley face ().


2.  Select the icon to send a Welcome Email to the User. 



Once you select the smile icon, you will be taken the the Send Welcome Email page. 





You have the opportunity to add an additional message/note for the User.


3.  Select the "Send Email" button, you will get a confirmation on your screen.
