ML Schedules™ allows District Admin to set up email reminders to be sent to Space Approvers after a Request has been Pending for a certain number of days.


This helps prevent Pending Requests from sitting in a Space Approvers Manage Request listing page with no action being taken.


To set this feature up, you will want to take the following steps:


1. Select Admin > District Settings > District Admin.


2. Enter a number in the Days Pending Before Reminder E-mail field.

3. Select Save.


This will send an email reminder to Space Approvers with a listing of any events that have been pending longer than the number of days listed.
