ML Schedules™ allows District Admin, Space Approvers, and users with permission to Approve on Behalf of Others and Edit Requests to undo the previous approval of a Request.

For example: A user approved a request in error and wants to undo their approval.

For instructions on how to completely restart the approval process of an event (instead of sending it back only one level at a time), click here.

To undo the previous approval of a Single Request while logged into ML Schedules™:

1. Find the Request you wish to undo approval on (through Search for Request, Manage Request page, or Reports).

2. Once you locate the event, click the magnifying glass (View) next to the event to display the Request Information page (if you used the Manage Request page or Search for a Request page).
