ML Schedules™ Software allows users with access to the Manage Request page (District Admin, Space Approvers, Users with Permission to Edit, Cancel, and Approve on Behalf of Others) to find events Pending a specific Space Approver.
For example: A Space Approver may be out sick or on vacation and another user would like to find events that are Pending that users approval.
To use the Select Pending User filter you will take the following steps:
1. Select Admin > Manage Requests.
This will display the Manage Requests screen:
2. From the "Select Pending User" drop down, select the Space Approvers name for which you want to display events for.
Note: If you are a Space Approver, the list will default to show your name from the drop down.
This will display all events Pending that users approval.
Note: To display ALL Pending events, select the "Select Pending User" option from the drop down (instead of selecting a specific name).
FINAL NOTE: If you need to search for a Status other than Pending (such as Approved, Declined, Canceled, etc.) from the "Select Status" filter, you will need to select the "Select Pending User" option from the drop down in order to see those events. As the "Select Pending User" drop down is used specifically to show Pending (and On Hold) events.
