If you suddenly see a red flag icon next to your email address ID in the white ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software screen header as shown below, the Insurance Certificate for a Group you manage has expired.
To update your Group’s insurance information:
1. Select the Profile command to display your Profile screen.
2. Select the Edit (pencil) icon next to the Group with the expired insurance certificate.
3. Upload a new Insurance Certificate and enter the new Expiration Date in the Group Information screen.
4. Select the Save button.
