ML Schedules™ Software allows Admins to block and unblock any district group at anytime.

Example: A community group uses your district’s facilities and damages property or fails to pay their facility use fee. The Block Group feature can be used to prevent that group from submitting future facility use requests to your district.

Procedure

From any ML Schedules™ Software screen while logged in with District Admin credentials:

1. Select Admin > District Settings > Manage Group Classifications from the top black toolbar to display the Manage Group Classifications screen.

A list of all district Groups will be displayed with either:

  • A red dot (Unblock Group) indicating that a Group is currently blocked from submitting requests, or;
  • A green dot (Block Group) indicating the Group is not blocked and can submit requests.

The Admin > Manage Group Classifications screen displays a red dot next to any blocked Group. Green dots indicate that a Group is not blocked and can submit facility use requests.

From the Manage Group Classifications screen:

1. Select the green dot (Block Group) displayed next to the group to be blocked.

A popup window confirming the group block will be displayed.
