At some point your district may want to:

  1. Replace a space approver with someone else, or;
  2. Remove a space approver from the approval process.


These procedures can only be performed by a user assigned the District Admin role.


To Replace One Space Approver With Another User

From any screen in ML Schedules™ Software while logged in as a District Admin:

1. Select Admin > District Settings > Manage Users from the top black toolbar. The Manage Users screen will be displayed.

2. Find the space approver you would like to replace and select the Edit icon (.)

3. Replace the contact information for the existing user with new user’s data (First Name, Last Name, Email Address.)


The new user can now take over all roles in the approval process that the previous user had.


To Remove a Space Approver from the Software

From any screen in ML Schedules™ Software while logged in as a District Admin:

1. Select Admin > District Settings > Manage Users from the top black toolbar. The Manage Users screen will be displayed.

2. Review and note which spaces the user is allowed to approve in the Approve Spaces column.





Note the spaces for which a user is set to approve Facility Use Requests in the Approve Spaces column of the MLS Schedules™ Software Manage Users screen.


3. Select Admin > District Settings > Manage Spaces from the toolbar. The Manage Spaces screen will be displayed.

4. Select the Edit icon () on the first space for which the user needs to be removed as a Space Approver.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen where you will see the list of Space Approvers (1-4.)

6. Re-set the approval sequence by removing the unneeded Space Approver from the process.


IMPORTANT: Do not leave a gap in the order of approvers, as this will disrupt the systems approval process.

7. Repeat steps 4  – 6 for all spaces from which you want to remove the Approver.
