Both internal district and external community users that manage Groups can change the name of their Groups at anytime.

After logging into ML Schedules™ Software:

1. Select the  Icon from the top toolbar on any screen.

The Manage Profile screen will be displayed.

The Edit command (pencil icon) is accessed from the Manage Profile screen.

2. Select the Edit icon (edit) next to the Group Name that needs to be edited.

The Group Details screen will be displayed.


A revised Group Name can be entered in the Group Information window.

3. Enter the revised name in the Group Name field.

4. Select the orange Save Group button.

The new Group Name will now be used throughout the District’s Facility Use Request system.
