ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software offers an Equipment Report. This report is available to all internal district staff with a user role.

To run the Equipment Report after logging into ML Schedules™ Software:

1. Select Reports > Equipment Report from the main menu bar.

The Equipment Report provides a list of equipment requested and the number within the selected date and time frame.

Note: The equipment listed will vary based on the date/time frame and what is being used, as the report only shows equipment requested.
