ML Schedules™ Software allows District Admin users and Group Classification Managers to reset user passwords.


To use this feature, after having logged into the software as an Admin or Group Classification Manager:

  1. Select Admin > District Settings > Manage Group Classifications, to display a listing of all existing ML Schedules™ groups.
  2. Click the lock icon (Reset Password) next to the group you want to reset the password for, to display the Reset Group Password screen.



  1. Type in a new password for the group.
  2. Select “Yes” from the Send E-mail drop down to send an email notification to the group with their new password.
  3. Click Save.


Note: If the user has more than one group, resetting their password for one group will reset their password for all of their groups associated with that email.
