ML Schedules™ software allows District Staff with specific roles and permissions to search for a specific request, based on different criteria. Users can search by Event ID, Group Name or Event Name.

Note: You can use the Manage Request page to search for events in a broader view, using the filter sets available. However, the “Search for Request” described below can be used if you know specifics about an event you are looking for.

To use this feature you will want to take the following steps:

1. Once logged into ML Schedules™ software select Admin > Search for Request.

2. The Search for Request screen will be displayed, where you can enter free form text and choose to search by event Id, Event Name, or Group Name.

3. Once you have entered your information, click the Search button. This will display the event or events that fall within your search criteria.

4. To View further details about the Event, select the View Icon (View) to the right of the event.

To change your search preference and use filters instead, you can select the, “ here to use filters to manage the requests” link.
