District Groups are district-sanctioned clubs or organizations that allow specified district staff members submit Facility Requests on their behalf.

For example, an Athletic Director may set up a JV Baseball Team as an internal school group, so the AD Secretary can enter practice and game schedules in ML Schedules™ Software for the AD.

This setting can also be used for Districts who do not allow external requests and prefer to enter requests for external groups themselves.
