You only need to click once on a calendar day to display that day’s available times.


Double-clicking the desired date usually results in an incorrect starting time (e.g., 3 a.m.).


To correct the requested start time:

1. Select your browser’s Back (Previous Page) button to return to the Calendar view.

2. Single click the desired day of the month to display available times on that day.

3. Single click on the desired Request start time (including any required Setup Time).


The Request Details screen will be displayed to enter all pertinent information.
