ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software allows District Admins to set up Space Approvers by Site (or by Space.)


1. Select Admin > District Settings > Manage Sites.


2. Select the Plus Sign (Add Space) button from the Manage Sites screen or if the Site already exists, click the Edit Icon (Edit.)


3. List the order of approval for all Spaces within that particular site using the Select User drop downs. You can set your approval paths by Classification from here as well.




Note: If the desired user does not show up in the drop down, you will need to go back to the Manage Users section and set them up with the Space Approver role.


4. To override any current Space Approval Path settings, choose “Yes” from the Override Space Approval Paths drop down.


5. Click the “Save” button.
